If you’re looking for a sleek, higher end coffee shop experience, then Onefold needs to be on your list. It’s clean, it’s classy, and it’s the perfect place for breakfast and a coffee after a day of travel. Here, you’ll find freshly brewed coffee and specialty drinks along with unique breakfast and brunch options. The only downside for me personally is that it’s a little bit more on the pricier side.
4. LoDough Bakery

Store hours: Tuesday - Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (closed Monday)
This is an absolute must visit when in Denver. It’s one of the top bakeries in Denver and I love taking guests here from out of town. Even though it’s a bakery and not a true coffee shop, they still sell all of the classic coffee and espresso drinks you love. It’s a great place to stop for a midday pick-me-up and a small bite to eat. The one downside is that there is not a lot of seating inside, but there’s plenty of outdoor seating in the Dairy Block alley.
3. Hello Darling

Hello Darling is a VERY popular cafe and cocktail lounge located in downtown Denver. It’s the a great spot for a lot of reasons. First, there’s a ton of seating options both indoor and outdoor. Second, the vibes are on point—super cute interior and decor. And lastly, it’s open late so you can visit any time that is convenient for you. If you’re staying in Denver, make sure this coffee shop is on your list of places to visit.
2. Pigtrain Coffee Co.

This cafe definitely wins for convenience! It’s located right inside the Denver Union Station building so you don’t even need to leave the train station to grab a cup of coffee. I really like this spot because of it’s location and their specialty lattes—the Tiramisu latte was to die for! Grab a drink to go or stay a while and soak up all the sights and sounds of Union Station inside before you take off on your next adventure.

And the winner is Kaffe Are! Why is this the best? It checks all the boxes—proximity, quality, vibes, and cleanliness. You’ll love dining at Kaffe are because the produce high quality beverages, breakfast bites, and fresh lunches. Not to mention the Swedish design interior gives a comforting home-y atmosphere that will put you at ease. It’s also just outside of the train station in Denver making it really easy to get to.
